What the award is
Twelve times, on the first of the month, your base rent is credited to your resident ledger for 2027 to 2028. Leases here are by the bed, in a 4 bedroom. Your apartment comes furnished and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The coffee, the pool, the simulator, and the podcast studio stay free. The BucShot bus stops here. Utilities not included.

How to enter
There is no essay, no interview, no tour, and no deposit. You fill out a form, we give your entry a number, and the number goes in the container.
Name, email, phone, school, and your GPA, which you certify yourself. No transcript unless you win. Entry opens November 2, 2026 and closes July 1, 2027. No purchase at any point.
Every eligible entry gets a number on a folded slip. The slips go in one container. The list matching numbers to names is sealed, and nobody opens it until the last slip is out.
We stream the drawing live. Eight slips come out. The first four are the winners and the next four are alternates, in the order they were pulled. If a winner cannot accept, the first alternate moves up.
The drawing
We stream it live because a drawing nobody can see is only a claim. The slips are identical and folded. The person drawing them is not on the leasing staff. Two witnesses stand there for the whole thing. The sealed list stays sealed until the last of the eight slips is out. Until then, nobody in the room can match a number to a name. All four awards will be given out. Odds of winning are 4 divided by the total number of eligible entries.
Eligibility
Any accredited school counts, not only ETSU. Five requirements, and that is the whole list.
If you are picking a place with roommates for next year, send them this before July 1, 2027.

No purchase necessary. No purchase, lease, application, deposit, tour, or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Leasing does not improve your chance of winning. All 4 awards will be awarded, provided at least four eligible entries are received and at least four drawn entrants complete verification.
Who can enter. Legal U.S. residents 18 or older, enrolled in or accepted to an accredited school for the 2027-2028 academic year, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Employees of the Sponsor and Yugo, and their households, are not eligible. Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and where prohibited.
Disability waiver. If a disability has affected your cumulative GPA, the Sponsor waives the 3.0 requirement on request. Contact the leasing office before entry closes. The request does not affect your odds and the Sponsor will not ask for a diagnosis.
The award. Twelve consecutive months of base rent for one bed in a 4 bedroom apartment at The Harbor for the 2027-2028 lease year, credited monthly to the winner's resident ledger. Approximate retail value $8,400 to $9,228 per award, $33,600 to $36,912 for all four. Utilities not included. The award does not cover utilities, internet, parking, pet rent, or amenity and administrative fees. No cash is paid and there is no cash alternative. The award is not transferable.
Winners still have to qualify. Each winner must complete a rental application, sign a lease for the 2027-2028 lease year, and pass the same resident screening applied to every applicant, including a criminal background check. Winning does not guarantee approval. A winner who does not pass screening forfeits the award, and it goes to the next alternate in drawing order.
Taxes. The award is taxable income and is not a qualified scholarship. Each winner is responsible for all taxes on it. The Sponsor issues IRS Form 1099 for the full value of the award. A completed Form W-9 is required before any rent is credited.
Name and likeness. Accepting an award is not conditioned on granting the Sponsor the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, or statements. You may decline with no effect on the award.
Residency at The Harbor is not limited to students and does not require enrollment. These eligibility rules apply to the drawing only and are not tenancy criteria. The Sponsor complies with the Fair Housing Act.
